Policy
We offer an unconditional 15 day money back guarantee on all
our products with the exception of software and toiletries (shaving cream, perfume, etc.)
which are non-refundable. You are entitled to store credit or a full refund of the
purchase price not including shipping
charges. Please note:
at times our shipping cost is more than the standard $4.99 we normally charge, and in this
case the actual shipping charges will
be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be credited back to the credit card with
which you ordered the product, and you will receive notification once the transaction has
occurred.
If the product you receive is not what you ordered you
must contact us upon recognizing the error so that we can replace the item in a timely
manner. If the product has a manufacturing defect please let us know right away
since you are entitled to a defect free product.
We will identify the problem and send you a replacement. Do not attempt to fix the item yourself. You may cause unintended damage which will void the
warranty.
We do not accept returns after 15
days. We do not accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization Code (RMA
Code) as instructed below.

RECEIVE A REFUND please
reply to the email you received at the time you placed the
order (preferred). If you are unable to do so, e-mail us at guarantee@giftbox.com
or call our
Toll-Free customer service number at (888) 888-4008 within 15 days of
receiving the product to get a return merchandise authorization code. Please do not
mail back the product without calling us first to receive a return merchandise
authorization code.
Include in your correspondence the following information (they
should all be on the e-mail receipt): Item number, quantity, order number, and order date.
You will be provided with instructions as to how to ship back the unwanted
merchandise. Please follow the instructions to ensure a timely response.
All returns must be in a fully
resalable condition - including all packaging and
package inserts. If in "open box" condition a repackaging fee may be
assessed.
You must ship the item within
2 business days after receiving the RMA Code.
